The ProGARM 4608 is an arc rated, flame resistant jacket in HV Orange for workers on or near the trackside. It is designed to be worn with the matching 4616 trousers for personnel who require garments certified to GO/RT 3279, and it carries Class 1 arc protection in ProGARM’s VXS+ inherent woven fabric at 360gms.
Because the protection is inherent to the fibre, it does not wash out. The fabric has instant extinguishing properties against flame and arc flash hazards, is colourfast and shrinks by less than 3% in the wash.
